The 2026 rugby season is fast approaching and we are excited to welcome you to the Eastside Tsunami Youth Rugby Club. Please complete the info form below to get connected and begin receiving information about various roles and opportunities.

Coach & Player Development Committee

Oversees coaching standards, player safety, skill development, and team culture
Supports recruitment, training, and mentorship of coaches and volunteers
Organizes coaches’ appreciation gifts

Finance & Fundraising Committee

Manages budgets, financial planning, and transparency
Organizes fundraising events, sponsorships, and grant opportunities to support club operations and scholarships
Manages (selects, sells, stores, and inventories) merchandise

Communication & Community Engagement Committee

Handles outreach, social media, newsletters, and website content
Builds connections with families, volunteers, local schools, and community partners to grow the club and promote inclusivity
Coordinates post-match socials

Board of Directors

Board positions are currently open! We are currently recruiting for at least two and up to six additional Board members. If interested, let us know below and a current member of the Board will connect with you to provide more details.

Jump in and support the club in any way that suits you best! This year we are establishing three committees to provide support to the whole club. The committees will have at least a member of the executive team of the Board, a second Board member, and a parent/community member.
